The female body can react to form antispermic antibodies (ASA) in high amounts that inhibit the sperm cells of the husband to fertilize the egg in the fallopian tubes. Now, the Paternal Leukocyte Immunization (PLI) method allows the measurement of ASA's Husband's Sperm Auto-agglutination Test (HSAaT). Overly high ASA production can be "treated" so that the levels are maintained within the normal range.

The process is gradual. Before couples undergo the process of therapy Paternal Leukocyte Immunization (PLI), the husband must perform pre-PLI test, which is taking blood samples that results can already be known in 3 days. If the husband's blood qualify, then the therapy begins.
Husband blood is taken as much as 15 milliliters to be processed and separated between white blood cells and red blood cells. About 10 million white blood cells are successfully separated, subsequently injected into the wife's body subcutaneously (below the skin surface). This process is done 3 times with a distance of 3-4 weeks.

Two weeks after the 3rd injection, a laboratory evaluation of ASA levels in the wife's body is performed. If the ASA level of the wife is included in the normal range, the couple is advised to have intercourse because the fertilization process is still possible. Expected when the fertilization process, can continue until the normal pregnancy process.
To keep ASA levels at normal levels, treatment usually continues until the age of pregnancy reaches 12 weeks. Thus, it is expected that the process of implantation of the embryo (the result of the process of sperm cell fertilization of the egg) into the uterine wall can take place normally. The pregnancy process can continue for up to 9 full months.

Infertile when:
Couples have been married for 1 year, do the husband and wife regularly and correctly, without any efforts to prevent pregnancy, but the wife has not been pregnant.
Couples have been married for 2 years, but have not yet gifted children, even though the wife has been pregnant several times but pregnancy does not continue (miscarriage).
Causes of infertility:
27% due to abdominal pelvic cavity abnormalities.
9% due to cervical (cervical) abnormalities.
18% due to abnormal circulatory endocrine system.
41% due to abnormalities of the husband's reproductive system.
10% due to unexplained factors (unexplained).
Check ASA Level. Every time you have sex, a woman's body will produce ASA. Laboratory results can show your ASA is normal or not.

• Normal: when the titer is 1: 4 to 1: 64.
• Low: when the titer is 1:> 256 to 1: 1,024.
• Medium: if the titer is 1: 2,048 to 1: 16.384.
• Height: when the titer is 1: 32.768 to 1: 262.304.
